When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify that everything is in order, we will process your refund within 24 hours. If you made the payment through online banking, the amount will be refunded to the same bank card you used for payment. If you chose cash on delivery, we will refund the amount to you via postal remittance.

Can I change my order if I have already made a purchase using online payment?
